Malachite beads, each handpicked for their distinctive banding — concentric swirls of deep emerald and pale green unique to every stone — set alongside hand-finished 925 sterling silver beads with 18K gold or rose gold plating. Malachite has been mined for over four thousand years, carved into Egyptian amulets, ground into pigment for Renaissance frescoes, and used to line the columns of St Petersburg's Winter Palace.
