Granato Necklace

Cherry Baltic amber in deep, resinous tones — each bead preserving 44 million years of ancient forest in a colour the Romans called "blood amber" and considered the rarest of all amber varieties. Traded along Europe's ancient Amber Road from the Baltic coast to the Mediterranean, cherry amber was particularly prized by nobility for its rich, dark warmth. Each bead is unique, shifting between deep garnet and dark mahogany as it catches the light. Finished by hand in our Lithuanian atelier. Presented in Aventari signature packaging.
